Seawall repair in Naples and Marco Island
Much of Naples' 44 miles of seawall was built between 1950 and 1980. Small problems on an older wall are easier to fix before they spread.
We repair existing vinyl and concrete seawalls. Every job starts with a site visit to look at the wall and the ground behind it, then a free written estimate.

Signs a seawall needs a look
Any one of these is worth a call.
- Cracks or broken concrete in the cap.
- Gaps or offsets between panels.
- Low spots, holes, or sinkholes in the yard behind the wall.
- Sand or soil showing up on the water side.
- The wall leaning toward the water.
- Water running through joints at low tide.
- Rust stains on the concrete.
A sinkhole behind the wall can mean soil is washing out through it. Keep people and equipment back and call.

Repair, not replacement
We focus on seawall repairs. Some walls are past repair, and if yours is, we will tell you. Replacing a seawall is a bigger project with its own permits, and it often involves an engineer.
Good to know
Concrete seawalls are panels with a poured concrete cap. Vinyl seawalls are interlocking sheet panels driven into the ground, usually with a concrete cap on top.
They fail in different ways. Concrete cracks and spalls, often where rusting steel inside it expands. Vinyl can bow, or open up at the seams and let soil wash out behind it.
