What we collect when you ask for an estimate, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you fill out the estimate request form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and a description of the work. You can also attach photos.
When you call or email, we keep what you tell us so we can answer and follow up.
How we use it
We use it to answer your request, schedule a site visit, write your estimate, and do and bill the work you approve.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Jobber
The request form is run by Jobber, the scheduling and invoicing software we use. What you enter in the form is stored in our Jobber account. Jobber's own privacy policy covers how Jobber handles that data.
This website
The home page shows today's predicted Naples tide. To get it, your browser asks NOAA's public tides service for the day's prediction. NOAA receives that request the same way any website receives a visit.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If we add website analytics, we will update this page to say so.

To ask what we have on file, or to have it corrected or deleted, email jj@evergladesdockandlift.com or call 239-601-4114. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for tax and licensing purposes.
