Docks, boat lifts, and seawall repair in Naples

From the canals off Naples Bay to the homes along the Gordon River, most Naples docks share the same salt water and the same wear.

The City of Naples runs its own building permits for docks and other marine work. Homes outside city limits with a Naples address are usually in unincorporated Collier County, which has its own process. We sort out which one applies to your address during the estimate.

The water in Naples

Naples Bay and the Gordon River run through the middle of town, with residential canals off both. Boats reach the Gulf through Gordon Pass.

Much of Naples' 44 miles of seawall was built between 1950 and 1980, so on an older lot we look at the seawall and pilings before we plan a new dock or lift.
